What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Shipping methods are vendor-specific. That is each vendor have their own unique shipping or delivery. Customers should read the vendors shipping policy to learn more or send the vendor an inquiry to request more information.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order by navigating to Account>> Order History. The delivery person will update tracking information here. You may also use the contact details of the delivery person to call and find out more.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Most products sold on Jsobs will ship directly from Ghana. As such most product will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. However, the exact delivery times will be noted under the vendor shipping policy.
Do I Need A Account To Place Order?
Yes, to allow for better tracking, we require that customers have an account or log in to their account before placing order. Luckily customers can now easily login with their social media account or even phone numbers.
